Or perhaps “Animal Traffic Control”? I like it. The tracks that swing wide are human vehicles, tho, rather than animals. I wonder whether the person driving the vehicle was trying to herd the animals that made the tracks in the left side of the image. But it’s hard to tell, as all the tracks seem to run across each other in a helter skelter fashion.
